Our office does not provide notary services. Please only submit complete and notarized petitions.
As our office is open to the public, all Petitions must be dropped off in-person and will not be accepted electronically via email. No appointment is needed to drop off petitions, simply come to Room 130 with your completed petition. Our hours of operation are 8:30am to 4:30pm – Monday to Friday.
